enjoys a very quiet, sunny location in the midst of glorious
countryside, barely 3 km from the shores of the Klopeinersee.
Here with us, you will
find a paradise of hiking and cycling !

Located in one section of the house are
2 vacation apartments
with carport, a recreation room with books and
children’s toys,
table tennis, a small garden for sunbathing, terrace
with grill, seating and sun loungers.
Products from the St. Kanzian farm: eggs, butter, milk,
bacon.

Our house serves as a fantastic base from
which to head straight out on relaxing strolls,
never having to contend with traffic along the way, or perhaps on
the 120 km-long Drau Bike Bath.
Plus, we are also located within the Völkermarkt Reservoir Nature
Area.
Golfers receive 20% discounts on greens fees at the Klopeiner See
golf course.
Free admission for our guests at your choice
of four different lakeside swimming resorts on the Klopeiner See and
Turnersee.
Just 100 metres
from the house, you will come to the Völkermarkt Reservoir
where avid anglers can pursue their hobby to their hearts’ content.
And there is even grill equipment right there on the shore.
We will also take care of obtaining your fishing permits for the
Klopeiner See, the Kleinsee and the reservoir.
