Each house accomodates for 2 - 4 persons, with 45 m2 living-room.
Privat beach 60 m long.

A 15000 m2 large private park. On the private beach there is a spacious sunbathing lawn
and a jetty with beach furniture at your disposal. There are tennis courts, 3 golf courses,
water-skiing, sailing, surfen, riding, cosmetic/massage facilities and shops nearby.
Beautiful walking paths (also for elderly guests) begin directly from the house.
The 2 km lake promenade leads straight into the centre of Velden.

You are provided with tips for excursions and with travel descriptions to the most beautiful
areas in Carinthia and Friaul/Venice, as well as with a list with many nice restaurants.
Cars (including cabriolets) an be rented in the town. Reductions on the äKSrnten card"
(over 80 member enterprises). Greenfee reduction in the early and late seasons.
