GENERAL INFORMATION:

All prices are per person/day, including all taxes and duties for stays of 3 days or longer. The full room price will be assessed for late arrivals or premature departure.

Check-in available after 2pm - check-out is prior to 10.30am, otherwise a full additional day
will be charged.

Dogs are allowed, the cleaning fee being ATS 80/day - dog food not included.

Deposit: To confirm reservations, the area`s usual deposit of ATS 1,500 per person is required. Either send a personal check directly to us, or use the accompanying payment slip to make a bank transfer.

Cancellation: For room cancellations within three weeks of the scheduled arrival date, we charge 70% of the total price. Should we manage to rerent the canceled room, no fee will be levied.

All other transactions are governed by Austrian federal hotel regulations.

Outside of the regular seasons, we are the ideal place to stage weddings, birthday or family celebrations, and conferences.
