Our children-friendly apartments
are located in a peaceful, idyllic setting on the outskirts of
Pörtschach. We are just a brief, 3-minute walk from the lake.
Our apartments feature all the comforts, including a cozy living
space with fully equipped kitchen, radio, satellite TV and telephone.
All of the apartments
have a south- or west-facing balcony, so you'll have the opportunity
to soak up your fair share of rays!
Of course, we also provide table- and bed linens for you to use
absolutely free of charge.

Bedrooms are separate from the
living area.
Bathrooms are
mostly equipped with shower and bathtub, and are separate from the
WC.
All apartments face

horseback riding, surfing, sailing and waterskiing

for you to enjoy near by.
Golfers get their money's worth as well, with 3 courses in the
immediate vicinity.
But for those times when you have no desire to do anything other
than let your soul run free, you're certain to discover just the
peaceful spot you're looking for, in our broad, 7000 m2 gardens.
In the afternoon, we'll be delighted to pamper you on our terraces
with coffee or cool drinks. If you're anxious to escape the heat of
the day, you're certain to enjoy the cool shade beneath our nut tree.
 
Pörtschach and Carinthia don't just boast a beautiful lake - there
are gorgeous landscapes for you to experience as well.
If the weather
doesn't seem quite right for a visit to the beach,
then we can offer
you a guided hike in Carinthia's glorious mountains.
It could be you
don't have the right shoes for the job - in that case, a bike tour
might well be the perfect adventure for you.
Make use of our
very own bicycles - available for you to use free of charge - and
head out with us or your friends on a (42 km) tour around the shores
of Lake Wörthersee. A marathon in its own right, which you can
tackle with or without a break along the way.
Every week, we put on a Grill Evening that is certain to prove an
unforgettable part of your vacation - it includes everything your
culinary heart could possibly desire.
. . . and after a lavish meal, a little exercise wouldn't hurt
either,
which is why we like to
host a disco evening with lots of dancing, a great atmosphere and
good times, that goes on until ...... you can't !
