Our vacation
establishments enjoy a delightful location on the shores of the Klopeiner
See, Carinthia's warmest
lake resort. The mild climate makes for long
bathing season, from May until October. A full range of
sporting
activities combine with a variety of hikes and excursions to make this
into a vacationers' paradise.
Both our houses feature tastefully
furnished apartments for 2-6 persons. They are centrally, yet peacefully
located and have a playground and tennis court. Special pricing
available for parties of 2.
SONNHÜGEL VACATION APARTMENTS
As the name suggests
("Sonnhügel" means "sunny hill" in German), the vacation apartments are
located on an
idyllic hill (on 3,500sq.m of land) with views of the
Kleinsee lake and the surrounding natural preserve. It
takes only a
few minutes to reach the town center, the esplanade and the lake.
Our apartments are fully furnished
(incl. crockery, cutlery, bed linen, etc.)
and come in two
configurations:
Type
A
65 sq.m total, suitable for 4-6 persons, consists of:
- two separate bedrooms
- a living-cum-dining room with
sofa-sleeper
- fully furnished small kitchen or kitchenette

bathroom with shower/WC, some with separate WC
- heating
- color
TV
These apartments are on an upper floor and also feature a
balcony.
Type
B
Approx. 45 sq.m total, suitable for 2-4 persons, consists
of:
- vestibule
- bedroom for 2 persons
- living-cum-dining
room with double sofa-sleeper
- fully equipped small kitchen

bathroom with shower/WC, some with separate WC
- heating
- color
TV
These apartments are located on the ground floor and feature a
terrace (no balcony).

Schneider is situated in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest, yet
it is just a 3-minute walk from the
center of town and only 100m from
the lake.
The apartments are fully
equipped (crockery, bed linen etc.)
and come in the following
configurations:
Apartment Type
A:
Total of 65 sq.m, suitable for 4-6 persons, consisting
of:
- two separate bedrooms
- bathroom with shower, separate
WC
- heating
- vestibule and coat closet
- fully equipped
kitchen
- living room with dining area, sofa-sleeper

TV
All these apartments feature a large, sunny balcony.
Apartment Type B:
Located on the lower
ground level.
Same as type A, but without balcony.
Apartment Type C:
This apartment is also
on the lower ground floor, is 30 sq.m large
and is suitable for 2-3
persons. It features:
